The Title of Goods supplied remain the ownership of the Supplier until all money owing to the supplier on any invoice has been paid in full.

Payment is due 30 days to the end of month.

CANCELLATION: Orders will be processed in 3 working days from the date of order, cancellations may not be made after this time.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGE: All shortages, faults, or damages must be reported within 3 working days from date of receipt.

DELIVERY CHARGES: Item + Postage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Fox Covert Farm Hemp Hearts and Milled Hemp are such perishable food items and are therefore exempt from being returned.
